About Marisa Romano Perry,
PPS, MA, LEP
Hi, I’m Marisa, a Licensed Educational Psychologist with over 22 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments both in schools and private practice.
I specialize in psychoeducational evaluations, trauma-focused assessments, autism behavior intervention, and support for high-risk and complex behaviors. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, advocating for your child at school, or just trying to understand what’s beneath the surface, I’m here to help make the path clearer.
What sets my work apart is a combination of clinical rigor and a deeply compassionate approach. I take the time to truly understand the whole child including their strengths, struggles, and unique story and then translate complex assessment data into useful strategies. My goal is always to offer insights that are grounded in evidence and customized to your child’s real-life context whether at home, in the classroom, or within a broader support team.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to identify learning differences, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional needs and to build plans that lead to growth, healing, and success.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced psychologist who can help you understand what’s going on and what to do next, I’d be honored to support you.
